Conditions of Hire *

1. The full party balance must be paid at least 2 weeks before the party date. 2. All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. 3. If you are unable to attend the party for any reason, the deposit paid upon booking will remain non-refundable & non-transferable. However, if the birthday child tests positive for COVID-19 & must self-isolate on the party date (evidence of a positive test is required), the remaining party balance (paid 2 weeks before the party) can be transferred to a new party date. Please note that it will still remain non-refundable. 4. No shoes or socks should be worn in the gym area. 5. No zips, buckles or buttons on clothing or jewellery - including earrings. If earrings were recently pierced, they must be covered with tape. 6. Children must always follow the coaches’ instructions. 7. Adults are not permitted in the gym during the party, except for the birthday child’s parents & parents of children aged under 4 years old. 8. After eating, children will only be allowed in the designated floor area for quiet games with the coach. Access to equipment will not be permitted. 9. Please ensure the kitchen, eating area & toilets are left clean & tidy. 10. All rubbish must be bagged & placed in the bin outside the gym upon departure. 11. As the host, you are responsible for ensuring attendees follow any government COVID-19 guidelines in place at the time of the party. 12. As the host, you must keep a record of all attendees’ names & contact numbers for health & safety purposes. 13. No food or drink is allowed in the gym area. Additional Information: The gym will be available 15 minutes before the scheduled party time for setup & 15 minutes after for clearing up. No children will be allowed into the gym area until the party officially begins. Please ensure all guests leave the building at the designated end time.
