A range of Skills Clinics, offering opportunities for both our 1hr Recreational Gymnasts and 2hr+ Squad Gymnasts, to work with a small group of 6 participants to further develop specific skills.

£12.50 per session

Wednesday 2nd August 3:15pm-4:15pm

Round-Off Flic (attendees must be able to competently perform a strong cartwheel, drop to bridge & bridge kickover)

Wednesday 9th August 3:15pm-4:15pm

Upstarts (Attendees must be a squad member with a competent float swing & ayaway)

Thursday 10th August 2:00pm-3:00pm

Beam Dismount (round-offs/somersults/twists etc. attendees must be able to competently perform a cartwheel on the beam or a front somersault on the trampoline)

Thursday 10th August 3:00pm-4:00pm

Free Cartwheels/Arials (attendees need to have a competent cartwheel & round off)

Wednesday 30th August 3:15pm-4:15pm

Forwards/Backwards Walkover Clinic (attendees must have a competent bridge, backbend & drop to bridge)
